Fleet Operations Support Associate
Position Overview
The Fleet Operations Support Associate plays a hands-on role in keeping company vehicles safe, clean, compliant, and ready for service. This position supports daily fleet operations by assisting with vehicle shuttling, basic maintenance, detailing, and general upkeep of fleet and facility spaces.
In addition to fleet responsibilities, this role provides physical support to field crews during wheelchair and stretcher transports. This includes lifting assistance, equipment handling, and ensuring proper securement in line with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
This is an active, physically demanding position that requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Shuttle fleet vehicles between offices, service vendors, and field locations
Clean, detail, and maintain vehicles to company standards
Perform light mechanical and maintenance tasks within scope of training, including oil changes, brake service, bulb replacement, and minor repairs
Assist the Fleet Department with routine fleet operations and related tasks
Support field crews with safe movement of clients in and out of homes and facilities
Provide lifting assistance for wheelchair and stretcher transports following safety protocols
Assist with breakdowns or incidents, including vehicle swaps and field support
Perform janitorial, cleaning, and general upkeep duties for office and shop spaces
Assist with supply management for fleet, shop, and office operations
Maintain professionalism when working with clients, facilities, coworkers, and supervisors
Perform other duties as assigned to support company operations
Requirements & Physical Demands

Ability to lift, push, or pull 100+ pounds regularly
Ability to team lift, push, or pull 200+ pounds regularly
Ability to complete assigned tasks without constant direct supervision
Ability to drive and sit for extended periods of time
Ability to frequently bend, twist, turn, and move as required by the role
Ability to safely maneuver up and down stairs
Ability to work in offices, garages, outdoor environments, homes, and medical facilities
Ability to respond to breakdowns or incidents as needed
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays when required
